A combined retail and residential project
Aspen Place at The Sawmill is a combined retail and residential project situated on nearly 40 acres in the heart of Flagstaff. This facility will host 155,000 square feet of restaurants, cafés, shops, and services, along with 321 residential units — single-family homes, lofts, condominiums, and live-work units.
The cornerstone of Aspen Place is Flagstaff Paseo, a large gathering place in the center of Main Street featuring an outdoor amphitheater and patio dining. This uniquely designed common area is an ideal venue for city- and community-sponsored events including concerts, holiday celebrations, and parades.
